Veil Of Faith delivers within Australia using Australian Post delivery services. Goods will only be delivered on business days.
Please ensure that any special instructions relating to the delivery are specified before finalising the order at checkout.

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details.
SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY
Veil Of Faith utilises the services of DHL for EXPRESS delivery. Delivery time is usually 5-10 business days. Goods will only be delivered on business days.

All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AU$) and will be charged in Australian Dollars at the time of checkout.
Selecting INTERNATIONAL/STANDARD at checkout will lengthen the delivery time, usually 15-20 business days. All standard international delivery is despatched via Auspost International.
INTERNATIONAL TAXES
Many international countries have custom fees, as per the country’s regulations. If custom fees are required to be paid by the customer, Dhl Express will contact the customer regarding the fee.
If the customer chooses to reject the payment, this order will return to Veil of Faith. This will be classified as an ‘order cancellation’. Read underneath heading ‘order cancellations’ to understand what happens next.
INTERNATIONAL POSTAGE COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES
INTERNATIONAL- For express orders we utilise DHL Express, delivery time is 5-10 days. International Standard Delivery is sent via Auspost International and takes approximately 15-20 business days.
TRACKING
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and tracking number.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders cannot be cancelled once order is confirmed.
DID NOT RECEIVE YOUR ORDER ?
If you did not receive your order, please contact us via customerservice@veiloffaith.com.au to resolve your matter. It is preferred you contact us within 3 weeks from the date your order was placed, or else your claim will not be accepted.
UNCLAIMED PARCEL
When we receive a returned parcel due to it being unclaimed, the customer will be contacted via email to confirm if the order is still wanted. If so, payment of postage fee will be required to re-despatch. If customer chooses to cancel the order, the order excluding shipping fee will be refunded.
Once the refund takes place, an automated email will be sent to the customer.
MISSING ITEMS OR DAMAGED PARCEL DELIVERED
If upon delivery, customer’s parcel is damaged and/or there are missing items from the order, we do not hold responsible of this. We ensure all parcels that leave our department are packaged well to reach the customer in good condition.
